1 Overview
The ObservatoryNANO’s economic analysis corresponds closely with our scientific and technological analysis. Economic summary reports are available for each of the ten technology sectors, and economic analysis for our ‘hot topics’ can be found in the relevant integrated reports. Economic data is also an important feature of our ‘factsheet’ publications providing a snapshot of the impact of nanotechnology developments on the European economy.
Additionally, reports on venture capital funding, public funding and benchmark analysis on global scientific research covering a period between 1998 and 2007 can be found here.
We welcome suggestions for future ‘hot topic’ reports; where a nanotechnology development is likely to have a large impact either in terms of enhancing human quality of life or benefiting the European economy. Please contact the relevant responsible partner if you would like to contribute.
